Cloud Fax (powered by eFax Corporate) is a service offered to TELUS customers. If the customer’s domain or email address changes, follow this process.
- Inform the customer that the Cloud Fax product authenticates them through email address.
- Advise the customer that they need to update their email address in the eFax portal.
NOTE: Alternatively, the customer can call eFax to have it completed on their behalf. The contact information for eFax Corporate Priority Support is 1-888-501-4880. - Provide the customer with the TELUS Cloud Fax portal link.
