Accessing Scorebuddy

Logging in to Scorebuddy

1. Go to the Scorebuddy login page.
   
2. Enter your username (firstname.lastname@apphelpservices.com) and password.
   NOTE: You can check your email for your login credentials. If you have not yet received an email from Scorebuddy, contact your team lead.
3. Click the Log In button.

Resetting your Scorebuddy Password

You can reset your own Scorebuddy password without escalating to management or AppHelp using the built-in self-serve Forgot Your Password process as outlined below.

1. Go to the Scorebuddy login page.
2. Click the Forgot Your Password? link.
3. Input your email address (firstname.lastname@apphelpservices.com).
4. Click the Get New Password button.
5. Check your email inbox and follow the instructions as outlined in the email.
