Responding to your Scorecards

At the bottom of each scorecard, you will find:

1. Total score
   The bottom of the scorecard table displays the total score for the scorecard. Remember, the passing mark is 85%.
2. Section totals
   The Section Totals section shows the total score and percentage for each category of questions.
3. Comments
   In the Comments section, you can read or add comments regarding the scorecard.
4. Accept score or request a one to one
   At the bottom of the scorecard, there are two options. The first option is to Accept the score to notify your Team Lead that you have reviewed it. The second option is to Request One to One with your Team Lead to discuss your scores or receive further coaching.
   NOTE: It is important that you choose one of these options. Otherwise, your Team Lead will follow up to ensure you have reviewed your scorecard.
