Under the Question column, the scorecard questions are organized into 5 categories; Soft Skills, Sales Skills, Process and Procedures, Technical Troubleshooting, and Auto-Fail. - Comments and causes
In the Comments/Causes column, view supporting information regarding the score and feedback on how to improve - Score per criteria
A score of 1 means that the question was successfully met. A score of 0 means the question was not met. A score of 0 in the Auto-Fail section means a critical question was not met and therefore results in an automatic fail.
