Logging in to ScreenConnect

When using ScreenConnect, remember to log in to Amazon WorkSpaces (AWS) first since you must never share your own desktop.

1. Log in to AWS. Refer to the Accessing AWS article for more info.
2. Go to ScreenConnect’s Login page.
3. Enter your username and your password. Your username is your employee email address.
4. Click the Log In button.
5. If you are prompted to enter a One-Time Password, check your email inbox for the 6-digit code. You should have received an email from cloud@screenconnect.com with the subject line “Your one-time password: 123456”.
