The faxes I’m sending from my email aren’t being received.
- Ask the customer to go to the My Apps page from the Marketplace and click the eComFax tile.
- Click on the Message List menu to see if outgoing faxes are appearing there.
- If yes, have the customer ask their recipient to check their spam folder.
- If no, open a ticket with CWS by following the steps in the Escalating an eComFax Issue article.
