The products are purchased in two different ways:
- Primarily through Assisted Sales, where a Comcast Cloud Desk Agent will purchase the service from the Cloud Solutions Marketplace on behalf of the SMB customer’s Company Admin.
- Self-Serve option, where an SMB customer (i.e. a user with the capability to purchase apps like a Company Admin) can navigate the Cloud Solutions Marketplace to search and purchase applications and services from the catalog.
NOTE: You are not expected to sell the service to the customer but you are expected to guide them through the steps to purchase the service if needed.
