How do I assign my fax number to an email?

Each fax number provided by eComFax will be associated with a fax number provisioned in the eComFax network. The configuration of emails varies by SKU.

eComFax SOHO

The eComFax SOHO edition is limited to one fax number. The email associated with the end user’s Marketplace profile is automatically assigned as the initial email linked to the eComFax account. This assignment is completed through the CWS / AppDirect API and cannot be changed.

eComFax SMB

All numbers provisioned in the eComFax SMB edition can be assigned to one email up to a maximum of ten emails.
