Description
This one-time service is sold on a per-mailbox basis, with a minimum of 4 mailboxes per migration project up to a maximum of 300 mailboxes.
The migration service can be purchased through the Marketplace and can only be held by a single user (usually the Company Admin, the IT Admin or the person responsible for the migration project within their organization). This person then becomes the point of contact throughout the entire migration.
This service entitles the business customer to complete a migration of their source email system (e.g from Exchange, IMAP, POP3, etc.) to either Microsoft 365 or Google Workspace.
NOTE: The licenses for the Microsoft 365 and Google Workspace apps are not included with this Migration service.

Scope of Support

Warranty Info
The warranty period for this service is 15 days. During this period following the end of the migration, the user can contact us with general queries or troubleshooting regarding their migration.
